Duncan St road closure and outage

Due to a service strike as part of our Duncan Street watermain renewal project, we have had to close Duncan Street to traffic.
Water will also be shut off while our crew investigates and works to resolve the issue.

Social media video shares claims of sewage on Titahi Bay beach

We have been made aware of a video on social media of Titahi Bay beach with comments of suspected wastewater pollution/sewage. We can confirm there has been no discharge or overflow event from the Porirua Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Wellington Water launches new southern service depot

Wellington Water marked the opening of its southern depot this week, with a breakfast meeting attended by the teams that will be based at the Rongotai location, along with representatives from Wellington City Council and Wellington Water’s board.
